Mango mastani is a rich and creamy mango milkshake with ice cream. This is a famous drink that originated in Pune, India.
The color and flavor of the milkshake depend on the type of mango you use. For better color and flavor, you can replace vanilla ice cream with mango ice cream.
For garnishing, I used a combination of cashew nuts, almonds, and pistachios. You can use any variety of nuts to suit your taste.

For Mango Milkshake
- 2 cups Ripe Mango cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Whole milk chilled
- Sugar to taste
- 2 scoops Vanilla or mango ice cream
To Serve
- 1/2 cup Ripe Mango cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons Mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon Glaze cherry
- 2 scoops Vanilla or mango ice cream

Instructions
- To prepare mango milkshake, combine all the ingredients listed under 'for mango milkshake' in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the prepared milkshake until 3/4 of two tall glasses. Divide chopped mangoes into both glasses. Top with ice cream, mixed nuts, and cherries.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE - I used mango ice cream for the milkshake and vanilla ice cream for serving.
- One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml.
