Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina (rava)
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger chopped
- 1 number Green chilli chopped
- 1 sprig Curry leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Ghee

Instructions
- Heat a deep pan and dry roast the semolina for few minutes, keep aside.
- Heat ghee in the same pan, fry mustard seeds. Add onion, carrot, ginger, green chilli and curry leaf, saute until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add water and salt to the pan and bring everything to boil. When it starts boiling, lower the flame and add roasted semolina, mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with banana.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
