Peanut butter is very healthy and high in protein. Making peanut butter at home is very easy, it only takes less than 10 minutes. Since we are not adding any preservatives, this homemade peanut butter is healthier than store-bought.

- 2 cups Peanuts skinned and roasted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Oil (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Transfer the roasted peanuts, brown sugar, and salt to a food processor/blender and powder it.
- Scrape down the side and bottom of the food processor/blender and grind again until the peanut butter looks dry and thick.
- Add oil and continue grinding until the peanut butter becomes completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the peanut butter into an airtight glass jar. Keep refrigerated to increase the shelf life.
- NOTE - Add oil only if the amount of natural oil release from the peanuts is not enough for creamy peanut butter.
- One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.

Hi, can u grind peanut in a blender without adding water?
Hi, Any high-powered blender with at least 1000 watts will work well for this recipe. But do not add water or any water-based liquid as it ruins the texture of the peanut butter. If necessary, add a little bit of oil.
