Smooth Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is very healthy and high in protein. Making peanut butter at home is very easy, it only takes less than 10 minutes. Since we are not adding any preservatives, this homemade peanut butter is healthier than store-bought.

Ingredients
  • 2cups Peanutsskinned and roasted
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1tablespoon Oil(optional)
  • 1/4teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Transfer the roasted peanuts, brown sugar, and salt to a food processor/blender and powder it.
  2. Scrape down the side and bottom of the food processor/blender and grind again until the peanut butter looks dry and thick.
  3. Add oil and continue grinding until the peanut butter becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the peanut butter into an airtight glass jar. Keep refrigerated to increase the shelf life.
  5. NOTE – Add oil only if the amount of natural oil release from the peanuts is not enough for creamy peanut butter.
  6. One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
