- 3 cups Ripe papaya cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Fresh orange juice
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Cold water
- Lime juice - to taste
- Sugar - to taste

- Combine papaya, orange juice and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add lime juice and sugar, mix well.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml.
