Spicy Prawn Fry

This spicy prawn fry tastes great either as a side dish with rice or as an appetizer.

I prefer to use fresh prawns for this fry but frozen prawns will also work. Leaving the tail on the prawns will make the dish more attractive. But if you want, you can break them off.

The most important thing to remember is not to overcook the prawns. If you fry it for more than 8 minutes, the prawns will become hard and rubbery.
