  • 500 grams Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
For Marination
  • 1 number Medium egg (50 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
For frying
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups Fine breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Popcorn Chicken
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under 'for marination'. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours.
  3. Pour breadcrumbs into the marinated chicken pieces and toss until fully coated. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until golden and crisp. Keep stirring for even frying. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  6. NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
