Popcorn chicken, an all time favorite of kids. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

- 500 grams Boneless chicken thighs or breasts

- 1 number Medium egg (50 grams)
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under 'for marination'. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours.
- Pour breadcrumbs into the marinated chicken pieces and toss until fully coated. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until golden and crisp. Keep stirring for even frying. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
