Instructions
- Put peanut butter and butter in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 1 minute or until soft. Stir in the icing sugar and keep aside.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Line 12 standard muffin cups with paper liners. Drop 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each of the paper cases, just enough to cover the base. Refrigerate about 10 minutes or until set. Drop 3/4 tablespoon of peanut butter mix in the center of the chocolate base.
- Then cover with 3/4 tablespoon of melted chocolate, enough to fully cover the top and sides of the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- NOTE - I used Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate chips, and Jif creamy peanut butter in this recipe.
- One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml.
