  • 3 cups Cashew nuts lightly roasted
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Spicy Roasted Cashews
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
  2. Toss the cashew nuts with melted butter. Sprinkle the chilli powder and salt over the cashew nuts and toss them until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking paper-lined oven tray in a single layer. Bake for 8 -10 minutes or until golden, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
