- 3 cups Cashew nuts lightly roasted
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
- Toss the cashew nuts with melted butter. Sprinkle the chilli powder and salt over the cashew nuts and toss them until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking paper-lined oven tray in a single layer. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Let it cool completely.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
