Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups Tomatochopped
  • 1cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1/2cup Onionchopped
  • 1teaspoon Gingerchopped
  • 1teaspoon Garlicchopped
  • 1number Green chillichopped
  • 1teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Wateras required
  • Saltto taste
For Seasoning
  • 1/2teaspoon Mustard seed
  • 1/4teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 6numbers Shallotsliced
  • 1number Dry red chilly
  • 1sprig Curry leaf
  • Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Cook all the ingredients except coconut milk, until the tomatoes are done. Add coconut milk, mix well and cook for few more minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a small pan, fry mustard seed, cumin seed, shallot, dry red chilly and curry leaf, add to the curry.
  3. Serve with plain rice.
  4. NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml
