Spicy roasted cashews, an easy snack that can be made in no time. You can keep it in an airtight container for up to two days.

Ingredients
  • 3cups Cashew nutslightly roasted
  • 1teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 2tablespoons Buttermelted
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.
  2. Toss the cashew nuts with melted butter. Sprinkle the chilli powder and salt over the cashew nuts and toss them until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking paper-lined oven tray in a single layer. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden, stirring halfway through cooking.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
