Ingredients
15numbersLarge prawns(500 grams before cleaning)
2teaspoonsChilli powder
1teaspoonKashmiri chilli powder
1/2teaspoonPepper powder
1/4teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/4teaspoonFennel seed powder
2teaspoonsLime juice
1/2teaspoonGinger paste
1/2teaspoonGarlic paste
1sprigCurry leavesFinely chopped
Saltto taste
Coconut oilFor shallow frying
Instructions
Remove the head, shell, and devein the prawns. Leave the tail on the prawns.
Make a masala paste by mixing all the ingredients except coconut oil. Marinate the prawns with the masala paste. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or overnight.
Heat a few tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry the prawns in medium-high heat. Fry for about 8 minutes until both sides brown.
