Spicy Baked Chicken Breasts
Spicy baked chicken breasts made with a few ingredients. This is a great recipe for juicy and flavorful baked chicken breasts.

  • 2numbers Boneless skinless chicken breasts400 grams
  • 1teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1/8teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Garlicminced
  • 3/4teaspoon Dried parsley leaves
  • 1teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 teaspoos Olive oil
  • 3/4teaspoon Salt
  1. Make a marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Rub the marinade on both sides of the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes. Turn the chicken breasts halfway through cooking time to ensure even browning. If you are using a meat thermometer, bake until the internal temperature of the thickest part is 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and cover it with an aluminium foil. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. NOTE – If desired, bake and then broil the chicken for a few minutes for a browned finish.
  6. One teaspoon = 5 ml.
