Spicy Baked Chicken Breasts
Spicy baked chicken breasts made with a few ingredients. This is a great recipe for juicy and flavorful baked chicken breasts.

Ingredients
  • 2numbers Boneless skinless chicken breasts400 grams
  • 1teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1/8teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Garlicminced
  • 3/4teaspoon Dried parsley leaves
  • 1teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 teaspoos Olive oil
  • 3/4teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Make a marinade by mixing all the ingredients. Rub the marinade on both sides of the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes. Turn the chicken breasts halfway through cooking time to ensure even browning.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and cover it with an aluminium foil. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. NOTE – If desired, bake and then broil the chicken for a few minutes for a browned finish.
  6. If you are using a meat thermometer, bake until the internal temperature of the thickest part is at least 75°C.
  7. One teaspoon = 5 ml.
