Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2cup Icing sugar
  • 2tablespoons Butter
  • 1cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1cup Milk chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Put peanut butter and butter in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 1 minute or until soft. Stir in the icing sugar and keep aside.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  3. Line 12 standard muffin cups with paper liners. Drop 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each of the paper cases, just enough to cover the base. Refrigerate about 10 minutes or until set. Drop 3/4 tablespoon of peanut butter mix in the center of the chocolate base.
  4. Then cover with 3/4 tablespoon of melted chocolate, enough to fully cover the top and sides of the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  6. NOTE – I used Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips, Hershey’s milk chocolate chips, and Jif creamy peanut butter in this recipe.
  7. One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml.
