Onion tomato raita is a simple onion tomato curd salad. It is a must-have side dish with biriyanis and pulaos.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
- 1 cup Curd beaten
- 2 numbers Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaf chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Combine onion, tomato, green chilli and salt in a bowl. Keep aside for ten minutes.
- Add curd and coriander leaves, mix well. Do a taste test and add more salt if necessary.
- Serve with biriyanis, pulaos, etc.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml.
