  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 cup Curd beaten
  • 2 numbers Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaf chopped
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 cup Curd beaten
  • 2 numbers Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaf chopped
  • Salt to taste
Onion tomato raita
Instructions
  1. Combine onion, tomato, green chilli and salt in a bowl. Keep aside for ten minutes.
  2. Add curd and coriander leaves, mix well. Do a taste test and add more salt if necessary.
  3. Serve with biriyanis, pulaos, etc.
  4. NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml.
