French Toast
French toast is a quick and easy breakfast made of sliced bread soaked in a mixture of egg and milk then toasted in a pan.

Butter
to grease the pan
Instructions
In a wide bowl, beat together all the ingredients except bread and butter. Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
Melt some butter in a hot pan and place the bread slices onto it. Cook on both sides until golden.
Serve hot with butter and maple syrup if desired.
NOTE – We used large eggs with an average weight of 58 grams per egg.
One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
