French Toast
French toast is a quick and easy breakfast made of sliced bread soaked in a mixture of egg and milk then toasted in a pan.

Ingredients
  • 4numbers White bread
  • 2numbers Egg
  • 1/2cup Whole milk
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/8teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1pinch Salt
  • Butterto grease the pan
Instructions
  1. In a wide bowl, beat together all the ingredients except bread and butter. Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
  2. Melt some butter in a hot pan and place the bread slices onto it. Cook on both sides until golden.
  3. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup if desired.
  4. NOTE – We used large eggs with an average weight of 58 grams per egg.
  5. One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
