French toast is a quick and easy breakfast made of sliced bread soaked in a mixture of egg and milk then toasted in a pan.

Ingredients
- 4 numbers White bread
- 2 numbers Egg
- 1/2 cup Whole milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Butter to grease the pan

Instructions
- In a wide bowl, beat together all the ingredients except bread and butter. Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
- Melt some butter in a hot pan and place the bread slices onto it. Cook on both sides until golden.
- Serve hot with butter and maple syrup if desired.
- NOTE - We used large eggs with an average weight of 58 grams per egg.
- One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
