Ingredients

1/2cupTomatofinely chopped
1teaspoon Gingerfinely chopped
1teaspoon Garlicfinely chopped
1number Green chillifinely chopped
1/2teaspoonChilli powder
1/4teaspoon Garam masala
1/8teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2teaspoon Cumin seed
3tablespoons coriander leaveschopped
1tablespoonOil
Instructions
Whisk eggs and salt in a small bowl, keep aside.
Heat oil in a large pan and splutter the cumin seeds. Add onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilli and saute until the onion becomes translucent.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and gram masala, saute till the raw smell goes.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well to scramble. Stir well for a few more minutes and remove from heat.
Finally, add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with bread, chapati, etc.
Note – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon – 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
