Mojito (pronounced as Mohito) is a Cuban cocktail made with white rum, mint syrup, lime juice, and club soda.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup White rum
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Mint syrup
- 1/2 cup Club soda
- Ice cubes as required
To Garnish
- 10 numbers Fresh mint leaves
- 2 numbers Lime slices
For Mint Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves loosely packed
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
- FOR MINT SYRUP - Combine water, sugar, and mint leaves in a saucepan, bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Keep aside to cool down. Strain the syrup into a glass jar and discard the leaves.
- Fill a tall glass to the top with ice. Pour over the white rum, lime juice, mint syrup, and club soda. Stir gently, garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE - The leftover mint syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- I used Bacardi superior white rum in this recipe.
- One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
