Chicken fry with Indian spices, my favourite recipe to serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Chicken drumettes
skin-on

Chilli powder

teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder

Coriander powder

Garam masala

teaspoon
Turmeric powder

teaspoons
Ginger paste
1 1/2
teaspoons
Garlic paste

tablespoons
Curd
1/2 – 3/4
teaspoon
Salt
Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Make 1-2 slit on each chicken drumettes and marinate it with all the ingredients except oil for deep frying.
Cover and refrigerate the chicken for about 2 hours or overnight.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken in low- medium flame until brown.
Serve hot.
NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
