Chicken fry with Indian spices, my favourite recipe to serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken drumettes skin-on
- 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons Curd
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- Make 1-2 slit on each chicken drumettes and marinate it with all the ingredients except oil for deep frying.
- Cover and refrigerate the chicken for about 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken in low- medium flame until brown.
- Serve hot.
- NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
