Ingredients
  • 500grams Boneless chicken thighs or breastscut into small bite sized pieces
  • Oilfor deep frying
For marination
  • 1tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1number Medium egg(50 grams)
  • 1teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2teaspoons Chilli powder
  • 2teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/4teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1/2 – 3/4teaspoon Salt
For garnishing
  • 2numbers Green chillislit
  • 2sprigs Curry leaves
Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under ‘for marination’. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until brown color.
  3. Garnish the fried chicken pieces with deep-fried green chillies and curry leaves.
  4. serve hot.
  5. NOTE – One tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
