Ingredients
  • 500grams Beefcut into small cubes
  • 1/2teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 medium-sized Potato(300 – 350 grams)
  • 1cup Onionfinely chopped
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Gingerfinely chopped
  • 4numbers Green chillifinely chopped
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Garam masala
  • 1tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • Pepper powderas required
  • 2sprigs Curry leavesfinely chopped
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Oil
For Frying
  • 2numbers Egg white
  • 1 1/2cups Fine bread crumbs
  • Oilfor deep frying
Instructions
  1. Cook the beef with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt, allow it to cool. Mince the cooked meat and keep aside.
  2. Boil and mash the potatoes, keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaves till the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add minced meat, garam masala, pepper powder, and tomato sauce, saute till the mixture becomes dry, allow it to cool.
  5. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Make small balls and roll each balls into any shape.
  6. Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry the cutlets. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
  8. NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
