Ingredients
  • 1medium sized Ripe Banana(120 grams)
  • 3tablespoons Rolled oats
  • 3/4 – 1cup Whole milk
  • 1tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1pinch Cinnamon powder
Instructions
  1. Heat a small pan and dry roast the rolled oats until it turns light brown.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. NOTE – I used Cavendish banana, McGarrett rolled oats and Waitrose smooth peanut butter in this recipe.
  5. One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml
