Popcorn chicken, an all time favorite of kids. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients
  • 500grams Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
For Marination
  • 1number Medium egg(50 grams)
  • 2tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/2teaspoons Black pepper powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
For frying
  • 1 – 1 1/2cups Fine breadcrumbs
  • Oilfor deep frying
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under ‘for marination’. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours.
  3. Pour breadcrumbs into the marinated chicken pieces and toss until fully coated. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until golden and crisp. Keep stirring for even frying. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  6. NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
