Popcorn chicken, an all time favorite of kids. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients
500

Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
For Marination

Medium egg

Yogurt

teaspoon
Chilli powder
1/2
teaspoons
Black pepper powder
1/2
teaspoon
Garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
For frying
1 – 1 1/2

Fine breadcrumbs
Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under ‘for marination’. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours.
Pour breadcrumbs into the marinated chicken pieces and toss until fully coated. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until golden and crisp. Keep stirring for even frying. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
NOTE – One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
