Ingredients
  • 200 grams Paneer grated
  • 100 grams Potato (1 medium)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fine bread crumbs
  • Oil - for deep frying

  • 100 grams Potato (1 medium)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fine bread crumbs
  • Oil - for deep frying
Paneer Balls
Instructions
  1. Cook and mash the potatoes, keep aside.
  2. Mix grated paneer, pepper powder, garam masala, corn flour and salt together.
  3. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Make small balls and roll each balls in bread crumbs and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
  5. NOTE - One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
