Instructions
  1. Cook the beef with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt, allow it to cool. Mince the cooked meat and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger and green chilli till the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add minced meat, garam masala, pepper powder and lemon juice, saute till the mixture becomes dry, allow it to cool.
  4. Add mashed potato and mix well. Make small balls and roll each balls into any shape.
  5. Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry the cutlets. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
  7. NOTE - To make fresh bread crumbs, pulse chunks of day-old bread in a food processor to fine crumbs.
  8. One cup = 250 ml, one tablespoon = 15 ml, one teaspoon = 5 ml.
